Ask for the tenancy or agent's cleaning checklist and share it before agreeing the work. Each property needs a slightly different scope.
Make room to clean
An empty property gives access to cupboards, floors and edges. Tell the cleaner what will remain so the plan can account for it.
Agree the extras
Oven interiors, carpets and reachable glass may need a separate service or extra time. Ask what is included before booking.
