We agree a room-by-room checklist and the time needed before the visit. Oven interiors, inside cupboards and specialist tasks are agreed separately.
Do I need to supply products?
Tell us about your surfaces and any products you prefer. We agree what is suitable before starting.
Do I need to be home?
Not if we have agreed safe access. Let us know about keys, alarms and pets before your visit.
Can I change my cleaning plan?
Yes. Tell us what has changed and we can discuss the next visit. Any timing or price change is confirmed with you.
